10 de 16 departamentos de Fase I estan terminados con pisos, carpinteria, pintura, muebles de bano y cocinas, listos para entrega a principios de 2019.
En los jardines se estan recibiendo las primeras plantas y la piscina ya esta casi terminada, el edificio de gimnasio, salon de usos multiples y BBQ roof garden sigue avanzando. El estacionamiento ya se tiene techado 1/3 del area total, la cual sirve ademas como cimientos para 3 de las torres de Fase II que iniciara en 2019.
